Consumers Be Aware: Insurance Networks are Becoming Smaller

A study released by PwC indicated many employers are pushing for smaller provider networks.   The reason cited is to control costs.  High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) offered by employers have grown from 4% in 2006 to 29% in 2016.  This will affect healthcare consumers significantly.  Planning for this shift will be very important when selecting your health insurance plan.
